AIR QUALITY BASIC TEST PRICING - $450 - Includes 1 - Outdoor baseline, 1 - Indoor near affected area & 1 - Indoor near unaffected area ATTENTION MOLD REMEDIATION INQUIRIES! - Our Mold Job estimate pricing minimum is $500 for any mold remediation no matter how small the job. By the time we dispatch our team and deploy a "Negative Air Fan" (this is required for any mold job and captures airborne mold spores) for all mold jobs the MINIMUM price is $500.
