The inspection was not accurate and certainly not complete. This is not the 1st home inspection we've had but it is without question the worst one; it was nothing more than a 3-ring binder with little, useful content. He missed the mark on some significant issues. A few of these are: the home we purchased has foundation cracks that were not noted, safety items were not noted, inspector said the home's outside electrical outlets were functioning properly - there were no outside electrical outlets ! Said garage door was metal when in fact it's wood, made NO mention of the operator needing to be updated to add auto-reverse; this is a definite safey finding and he made no mention of it. Said the washer was not operational - it blew water all over the floor when he ran it; truth of the issue was the drain hose was not connected. I wouldn't trust this guy to inspect a golfball, he'll take your money and run. We've tried to contact him to express our dissatisfaction and request some type of reimbursement; this "professional" doesn't even have the courtesy to return an email or a phone call. This was the only inspector my realtor could find that wasn't swamped, we are now painfully aware as to why he was available - this inspection was a waste of money. We would have, and should have, had some bargaining issues with the seller but now that opportunity is forever lost and we must pay the price. Today's bill was $460! Based on our personal experience, would NOT recommend!
