We enjoy helping people. With over 17 years experience in commercial and residential construction frame to finish. As well as residential and commercial remodeling and maintenance. We take great pride in our work. Pictures of my projects are updated on my Facebook business page. We have the experience necessary to help you with your projects and/ or home repairs. Mike took money and never performed services. After 10 months of excuses and delays I requested my money back and he tried to corner me with his "terms and conditions". Ended up having to work with the Cedar Rapids police department to get my money back. I thought Mike was an honest, hardworking man, but clearly the Derecho made this one go sour. Strongly do not recommend.

Mike showed up on time. He gave me a quote ahead of time. He completed the job in the estimated time and did a very thorough job. He researched the project ahead of time online to see what the manufacturer suggested as far as installation. He took the door off the hinges and brought his own equipment and saw horses to lay the door horizontally. He was very careful about measuring everything (including my dog) before cutting into the door. He did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would hire him again. The project took three hours.
