we prepped our basement as instructed to get the work done. on the 3rd scheduled appt they show up and walk back out telling us to get someone else. their excuse was we werent prepped properly and it was too damp to do the work. on several appempts my husband called them to come out and tell us if we were prepared for them to do the work and noone ever showed up until the 3rd time when the owner says "i guess i should have came over to look at this' and as for the dampness isuue we were never informed of that either actually they wanted to come and cut the floor and have us do the digging and hauling and leave an exposed hole around the perimeter of the basement for 2 weeks when we were told it should only be open for 2 days or risk having the basement walls cave in. this is a very upside company from the guy who schedules the appts and gives us a date then calls 3 days before and says oh we dont have the material to do the job (then why would you schudule something??) to the owner who wouldnt say anything to me when he knew i was home but insited on calling my husband while he was at work.
