Both repairs were completed successfully, and my coolant level has stayed topped off since then.
I can't say much about the timeliness of the service - it was usually done within a few weeks of when I dropped the vehicle off, although I was not in a rush to get it back.
Randy is also probably one of the friendliest people I have every meet, and was willing to answer all of my questions regarding anything else I should look at regarding my repairs, and what else I need to look at regarding related vehicle maintenance.
For the price - they are probably competitive, but may not be the best if you are willing to look around. For the heater core, I had had another mechanic give an estimate of $730 before tax, although they already charged $50 for the pressure test, so that was $780 total. The other place probably would have did the job without issue, but I didn't want to use them for this specific repair, so I was willing to pay the extra money. For the intake manifold, I looked at the breakdown of their estimate and it looked reasonable. I couldn't drive the car with a broken intake manifold, so I was not able to get estimates from other places. Overall, not exactly knock-my-socks-off low prices, although they were good enough from me.
They were also willing to help with some things that were outside of their core business too - They got a flat tired repaired, and also got estimates from a few places for replacing a door hinge that was going bad.

My experience went very well. I took my vehicle in many times over the summer. The staff is very processional and highly knowledgeable in their field. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of service. I would recommend this company to others.
