It is a real small dealer that specializes in Subarus. It is hard to get a Subaru in this area, especially used and this dealer had over 20 used Subarus. The experience went very well. It was very low pressure. They post their stuff online, including access to the CarFax, so you have a real idea what you are looking at. I had 2 vehicles I wanted to look at. I told them what I was interested in and price range. He told me it sounded like I knew what I was talking about, handed me the keys and let me go. It was no pressure and he was available for questions. They do pre-inspections by an independent mechanic and make them available to you. They are not a high negotiation kind of place. The cars are priced fairly. The Subaru was a little over my range but they came down and there was no reason to bicker, as the price was fair. I told them I wanted overnight to think about it. It was 230pm and they agreed to hold it over night. They called me the next morning at 9am and I told them I wanted the car and I would be there that day to pick it up. They had the paperwork ready when I got there and I was out the door in 20 minutes. I just received the license and registration today in the mail. They did everything they were supposed to and did it promptly. It was a very pleasant experience.
