A person who came to do the service (McKinley Ranson)-Rans. Seemed to have other assignment to do at that day the same time he was performing the work, so he stated that he had to leave and come back. As I was already told him that I will be heading out at the time he will come back, he asked me to leave a check of $1100 for the work that was to be done that day. As we came back home, we find out that not all tree branches we agreed-on to be trimmed was done and he was suppose to cleanup all the trimmed branches, but still on the ground. I tried to call him couple times and leave message with no response until when I was using unrecognized number and able to talk to him. He promised to come and finish up the work but until today nothing has been done or promised. The payment was paid under the name McKinley Rans as I was directed by the person who was performing the job.
