Clayton was very friendly and helpful.  He described the product and his experience with it on his own home.  He put together a bid and once I accepted it he ordered the parts.  There was a four week delay while we waited for parts to be delivered from Gutter Glove.  After they came, he completed the project in three or four visits over the course of three weeks or so.  He was apologetic that it took so long.  

The job took longer than I expected but he seems to have done a thorough job.  The cost seemed a bit high compared to the costs that I was quoted to buy the parts from gutter glove directly and install it myself.  He is the only dealer in the area, though so there is no comparison shopping.  As I said, he seems to have done a good job putting them in.
