Insurance Agencies
They never covered any of the damage. They sent out an adjuster to investigate and he talked down to me. He wore cowboy boots on the roof. I started pointing out damage on the roof and he said that he didn't need help locating any damage. They also sent out an engineer who told me that he came out because he said he was going to come out and he wanted to "fill out the situation" but when he came out there was a foot of snow on the roof so he had no intention of getting on the roof.
