After my basement got wet form flodding, we pulled the carpet to find glue, paint and drywall mud on the floor. There was no way I was going to be able to get it clean enouigh to stain without issues. I looked into renting equipment, which was not applealing becouase of the dust and splatter. I also calle dthe "big Boys" in the yellow pages. With out even looking, they quoted a flat sq ft fee which higher than the national average I found on line. My wife suggested Monty.
Although this was a little off the norm of the tile cleaning he usually does, Monty was Johnny on the spot!
He came out the next day to measure and to even see if this was a project he could do. He spent 30 minutes testing different areas and was confident he could do what I needed. The price was fair and he was able to get me in timely. I am very happy with Monty's service and am very happy my wife suggested him!
