+ -1 moreAwful everything. After they quoted the job and we agreed on a price, they kept making up excuses why they weren't out to install, including shipping problems, blaming it on the distributor, etc. I had to line up an alternate before they showed up. Install quality was not the best. Then, they didn't complete the energy audit which our utility company requires to receive a $1300+ rebate on new furnace/AC. Numerous phone calls over 1 1/2 months, and they still won't complete.
