+ -1 moreWhen i asked for references he gave me people from IL and family members. No one in Iowa. After we paid him the $3900.00 for materials up front. He said he ordered 30 squares of siding. We only needed 15. We agreed to a contract. He was supposed to start right away in March and didn't stated many different excuses from flu to tai kwan do practice. I tried to contact the the provider and discuss this and he stated that he would see the materials on craigslist and file a breach of contract with his attorney and we would receive some form of payment back. We have not received anything or any contact from this provider since.
Description of Work: Provider was supposed to come reside my rental home.
