Great - easy to work with. They are Pros!

Their process to set up appointments is awful. They send a postcard and give you two days that work for them. They don't ask if it works for you. You send the postcard back (with your own stamp) with a date and am or pm preference. Then they just show up. No confirmation of time, nothing. This happened to us today and since we didn't know they were showing up, they scared our daughter who was home alone after school. We work 30 minutes away so we couldn't just run home to deal with it. The lady who answered the phone was exceptionally rude.

It went extremely well.  The spring of 2014 was a wet one, so the install took a little longer than planned, but no fault of theirs.  They actually even finished up in the rain.
We like the system and the fact we can control either the lawn system and the soaker system separately.  In a drought year we know we can keep our plants alive if we have to let the lawn go dormant.
I've waited until we were into our second year to make my assessment, and T&T has been great to work with.  We are also using their maintenance contract to winterize and start the system.
The only issue during the install was they knifed through the electrical cable to our yard light.  I called them and they came back and replaced the cable at no charge.
Early in 2015, I discovered the squirrels, rabbits, or ground squirrels like to chew on the soaker lines... and Ron helped me get some repair parts that allow me to easily fix the sudden water spouts we find in those due to these little critters.
The crew and management are great to work with.  We recommend them.

Everything went great with the installation and the crew was nice to deal with and very personable, they even helped me level out a few area of my yard I had planned on doing after they left. I received a quote from one other company, but went with T&T because they took the time to come out and inspect the yard, then write a quote, versus just looking at the plot online. This made me feel much more comfortable since I had a shed to work around and wanted to get sprinklers added to some landscaping.

I had geothermal put in last fall and they hit a few sprinkler lines ( which they warned me of) . The guys from T and T came out quickly, super nice guys got right to it and were done very quickly.  They had a crew of three guys which was way more efficient. They were polite, friendly and worked there tails off!  T and T also does all of our sprinklers at three large car dealerships,, always great work and reasonable prices!

Always goes well if I am home. Be sure to sign an open and close contract for both services.
They do not take credit card payment so have to have checks and use mail. Cant do stuff online like other companies, but they do much better work

It went well. Thought they were a little pricey. Reponse time was good.

I setup a service appointment for 3 weeks out since they were busy. Then it rained for several days and they showed up at my house one afternoon. They didn't call first but I didn't mind. The guys were fast, helpful, and professional. They answered all my questions and showed me everything they did. This is the only irrigation company I will use.

The service person arrived as scheduled. He made efficient progress in accomplishing all the items mention previously. He was courteous, competent and professional in all the the work.
I've used this company for the past 10 years and have been consistently pleased with their work and their staff. I expect to continue to use them for both Summer Start Up and Winterizing the irrigation system in the fall.

Never had the backflow test before so not sur what the average price is for that . Prompt and professional from phone call to arrival and departure. Would use them again

They were very prompt in getting me an estimate for the system requested in May, 2013. However, due to their busy schedule the installation did not take place until October, 2013. I was very impressed with the workers doing the installation. Now we will see how the seasonal start up goes. I have expectations of a very good experience.

As expected. The came during the day while I was at work and everything was put away for the winter. Waiting any day now to have them come and get the system ready for lawn season!

The crew was knowledgeable and flexible when i had some last minute changes. They were on time and worked all day until complete.

They always provide advance notice of when they will be there and are aways accommodating if I need to change. The work they do is first rate and they never just walk away from the job, they always stay and finish it.

They automatically notify us when they will be in our area. The service is excellent. They'll check each individual sprinkler and if there is a problem they will replace it. T and T does very good work. I will continue to use them in the future.
