We were very happy with our recent roof replacement and would highly recommend RoofSmart. Dave was great at communicating with me and our insurance adjuster. The roofing crew was polite and friendly and did a great job with both the project and clean up. We are very pleased with our experience.

The finished Job looked great and it's a quality window, the employees were respectful and polite. However there were several different people dropping by to do this and that I'm guessing because one person might have more skills or tools than the other wasn't sure why. I just expected one or two people staying and performing the job. So not a problem really but unexpected. Also the gentleman left for an hour to get a shimmy which is a simple tool that shouldn't take that long. Overall it was a good experience and the own was willing to work with me on the quoted price for the window so that was a plus because I was tight on money.

We had used Roofsmart to do the siding on our new workshop and was so pleased with the work we contacted Grant about doing the repair work. He helped us assess the work needed to repair the damage. Grant made sure all the materials needed where there. Caesar did all the repair work in one day and it looks great. Caesar is a real craftsman. Thank you. We have used your services twice and have been pleased with the outcome both times!

The experience with RoofSmart was top notch. Dave was very quick to respond when searching for a company to assist. Once we were able to get in contact with him, the time it took to get his man Cesar out to provide an estimate was minimal. The pricing was spot on for the work that needed done. The experience with the individual who actually worked on the roof, Cesar, was fantastic as well! He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of details to what he was doing and stood behind his work and RoofSmart as a company 150%, which was very comforting. I will certainly provide RoofSmart and Dave’s name to anyone that needed this kind of work done!

RoofSmart is simply the best. They walked me through the whole process and couldn't have made it any simpler. They were knowledgeable about shingles and helped us choose the perfect ones for our house. The day of instillation was mind-blowing with both the speed of completion and cleanliness of process. From start to finish RoofSmart was the best and I would recommend them. I know if I ever need roofing services again who I will be calling. You simply cannot go wrong with Roofsmart!!

the contractors sub took off shingles and tried to leave the old paper on and the old drip edge. I told them to tear off all metal and paper and install the roof right. The contractor also had extra material and didn't give me credit for them. They also tried to charge me for the one sheet of plywood when there bid had two included. I would watch them if you have them do your roof.

Highly recommend RoofSmart! Due to storm damage we needed a new roof and siding so contacted Dave. He was quick to respond and come do an estimate. Also went to bat for us with the insurance company when they underestimated materials needed for repairs and what they would pay. He and Grant got us on the schedule quickly and the crew was super fast to get the work done. Entire new roof on house & detached garage, all new siding, downspouts and gutters. Even had them put in a couple new windows in addition to fixing the storm damage. Our old farmhouse looks so much better and is even warmer! Will call them again if we need more of this type of work in the future.

Dave was great from start to finish, best customer service I have seen in awhile. He looked out for the best price but still get quality. A couple of bumps but were fixed right away. The crew was polite and cleaned up end of each day. I would hire again and recommend!

We needed a roof replacement due to hail damage. Dave was on it right away. He provided samples and suggestions and helped with the insurance filing. They came out and did a great job finishing in one day. We were so impressed we had them back out to do some siding and stonework on the house. Once again Dave was on it samples suggestions the works. Totally changed the look of the house.i also want to thank the guys that came out and did the work. They were friendly and neat plus they did the work on some very hot days. I already talked to Dave about a future project. They don;t only do roofs.

Dave came the first afternoon after my panic call. Our roof was leaking and we needed a new roof as soon as possible. He walked us through the steps, and helped with the insurance claim and I felt I was in good hands. His team and service was very professional, it was A+. It was a real relief, on that first afternoon he patched the leaking area and a week later he gave us a new roof.

My wife and I just recently had a new roof, downspouts, and gutters in stalled by RoofSmart and felt a need to express how impressed we are with their outstanding work! It was a joy to work with Dave throughout the entire process. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional and very responsive to questions throughout the entire project. His crew did an incredible job on the installs and went above and beyond with meticulous clean-up work. I was especially impressed with the time that Dave spent doing final inspections of the project and any possible clean-up work that might be needed. He even spotted a couple of damaged pieces of siding that needed repair and replaced them with perfectly matched new pieces. The exterior of our 18 year-old home now has the look of a brand new build thanks to Dave and his crew's phenomenal work! To anyone looking to conduct an exterior remodel on their home, I HIGHLY recommend Roofsmart. If there was an option to give them 6 stars, I would have!

I had a great experience with Roofsmart. Dave was very knowledgeable and very friendly. As per the schedule, they came on time and finished the work perfectly. Once the work was done, Dave personally spent more time and inspected the work and also made sure front and backyard were clean. I would recommend roofsmart to all my friends.

RoofSmart completely transformed the exterior of our old Craftsman home in just one month – new roof, siding, foundation stone, porch, and deck.   RoofSmart took a genuine interest in our project and our satisfaction with the process. During the design phase, they met with us in person on weekends and on weekdays outside of regular business hours. They brought multiple samples and gave us simple explanations about our options and prices. They offered creative solutions to our most challenging requests. And throughout the project, they were incredibly responsive to our questions --- day and night.   RoofSmart’s crews were professional and careful with our home. They cleaned up the site each day and invited our feedback about how the work was progressing. Mid-construction, several people in our neighborhood stopped by to marvel at the quality and speed of the project.   Yes, we are very proud of our “new” home and highly recommend RoofSmart for any exterior remodel!

RoofSmart was simply fantastic. I called them to replace the roof on our garage on a Monday, they gave us an estimate on Monday afternoon, and then were able to squeeze in the job the very next day. Talk about efficient. The price was totally reasonable and everybody I spoke with was perfectly professional. I would highly, highly recommend using RoofSmart!

Dave answered the phone the first time I called and answered all of my initial questions. He made time in his schedule to fit our very busy family day, meeting early one morning to discuss our options. The crew was right on time as promised, worked efficiently to finish the job in one day as promised. Dave ensured the job was finished to our satisfaction and the crew cleaned up all debris and nails from the yard and driveway. I couldn’t give a better recommendation to a contractor than I would to RoofSmart.

The roof was completed with a great product and crew, right on schedule. Dave was on site and obviously cared about the quality of the job. They cleaned up very well and came back the next morning to finish up and clean as planned. As it turned out, they had to replace some sheeting around our chimney stack and had to remove some siding, which I noticed did not get put back on. I emailed Dave and he responded immediately with info from the crew they had run into this issue. As I understand it this would typically cost several hundred dollars or more to repair due to the damage, but since Dave did not immediately inform me of this (just a couple days before as they did the work Friday before Labor day), he offered and repaired it for FREE the next day! ...sure enough his siding crew showed up and repaired the chimney siding... it looks great. I would surely refer Roof Smart to family and friends and have already done so. Thank you Dave and Crew!

Chad and Dave did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. We are not the easiest of customers as we ask lots of questions and are probably pickier than most. They responded quickly via email and/or text, answering every question, even those questions that were silly in hindsight. Like every major jobs, there were hiccups. Its never about the hiccup, but how the business responds. Chad and Dave went above and beyond ensuring that both my wife and I felt great about the end result. They personally came back on more than one occasion to make us happy. I have no qualms giving them a recommendation, as I know that any customer would be in good hands. The roof is beautiful, and we have had many neighbors asking who we used. Don't be fooled by the door to door guys who canvass neighborhoods after storms. RoofSmart is local, personable, and an asset to the community.
