My team does a fantastic job every month. They are always cheerful and enthusiastic, a joy to have in my home. They are respectful of all my "stuff," as they so thoroughly dust, vacuum, and mop! I love how sparkling clean everything is after they've left--and it all smells so nice!

Worst maid service I have EVER had in 20 years. Charged outrageous initiali deep cleaning fee and did a lousy job. Then promised 2-person cleaning the next week. Only 1 person showed and left after 3 hours (normally the job takes 7-8 hours). I would NEVER, EVER hire this company again. Total waste of money.

The crew of two ladies was on time, in a company car, organized, had all their own equipment and plenty of it, and worked quietly without a lot of chit chat or music. There were a few spots that could have been cleaner, but overall my house was clean and smelled good when they left. I have a 2200 sf house and they cleaned all of it (except the basement which I did not include in the contract) in about 2.5 hours.

This is one of the worst companies ever. I had an expensive bracelet stolen. I called the manager and he said he would talk to both women who were there that day. He called back and said he'd talked to them and they denied taking it and he believed them.

I later found out from the woman working with this person that day did in fact steal the bracelet and sold it and that she had since been fired. When I called manager again he said the firing had nothing to do with the theft. There was no compensation for the bracelet or even an apology. Do not use this company!!!

They are local and do good work for me; I've never had a problem.

We used Molly Maids for about 5 years. Their charges kept increasing at a rate far exceeding the usual cost of living increases.

Their cleaning techniques werequite inconsistent. They had initially agreed that the 3 bathrooms we have would be cleaned and sanitized. The sanitization process soon fell by the wayside, and they did nothing more than simple cleaning with powdered Comet.

We soon started having the same team of ladies. The lead person was very organized and thorough. The gals have been cleaning my home for several years and the team I have right now do a great job.

Started the service as a treat for my wife. Initially she enjoyed having others clean on a regular basis. As we continued, the service appeared to be less focused on the quality and just went through the motions. Since my wife did not want to appear as a complainer, we stopped the service and she is again doing her own cleaning.

They do an amazing job. They are reliable and very flexible. They are excellent and professional.

I hired molly Maids to do a bi-weekly clean of my two story home. I was not 100% satsfied with the service, because I would notice items not done, like the ceiling fans not cleaned in the rooms that were supposed to have been and quot;deep-cleanedand quot;. They also were so punctual, they often times came up to 2 hours earlier than I had scheduled them, which meant my boyfriend and I were still getting ready for work. They women who came were always courteous, but I do think a better job can be done elsewhere.

Everything has gone well.

They are very efficient. They want to please the customer. They are also very prompt.

Sometimes they do a good job, and other times they do not. This week they did not dust at all on the 2nd floor. We were gone for awhile so it is really thick. We have more than 2,000 sq ft and they were only here for about 1hr. How can the cleaning be thorough in that amount of time? They always come early in the week, which is not good. I never know when they are coming. I've spent a whole day waiting around for them. Better to do it my self. I may give them another chance at some point in the future. As a business person myself, I know the importance of treating your best customers the BEST.

They did a great job.

They clean everything, and they deep clean one room every time they come out. They will be coming once a month. They even cleaned our microwave, which was very nice. I think they missed some things, but we will give them a couple of months to see how it all works out.

Molly Maids comes to my house every other week and does a wonderful job. They did an excellent job on the initial cleaning and just as good of a job on follow up visits. So far I am very impressed with the job done and the amount I pay for their service! I would definitely recommend!pu

My cleaning service is contracted bi-weekly and it has always been a very good experience.

They are very thorough. I had a very bad situation and I hired them to do a special job at my mother's home. They would send people in teams of two. One girl was very thorough and diligent. Another girl was very lazy and that ramped up my time. That would be fine if both were working efficiently and I wouldn't have paid more. I would recommend them and have recommended them to others. They are very prompt and very efficient. They did an excellent job. I have a very good experience with them. I would use them in the future.

They are reliable. They always come and I don't have to call them or anything. They always come on a certain day. Sometimes I don't know when exactly they come. They are on schedule. They use the same people most of the time. They don't break or ruin anything. They are quick and fast. I would use their services again in the future.

Overall, I was impressed with the work the last time they cleaned. They are very detailed and had the work done quickly. They were good, but I still think that they could have been better.
