Called & gave estimate timely. Last part not completed to my satisfaction. Fiberglass insulation had been pulled back be the insurance adjuster to try to determine the source of the water. Doug's people felt insulation had dried sufficiently & did not need to be replaced inspite of my concerns of possible mold. I accepted their opinion; however no one returned to replace the section of insulation. It is STILL laying on top of my water softener system. I'm single & will not attempt to try that myself. I know what minute fiberglass fibers feel like in your skin. I just gave up emailing Doug.
