Used a Groupon to obtain carpet cleaning services from Carpet Boss. My first appointment was self-cancelled when the technician failed to show up on time and when called, was more than 30 minutes from arrival (an hour late overall). After reschedule, the technician did show up, but complained and was unprofessional throughout the 90 minutes he spent "cleaning" our carpets. His work was shoddy, the carpets were left so wet that we had to run fans all night long to dry, and the carpets didn't appear any cleaner after the work. In addition, the technician "soaked" us for an additional $30 to use deodorizer, which probably didn't cost $.05 in supplies or materials.
We will never use this company again.
