Our first experience with owner Henry Schappert when he replaced our roof several years ago was so impressive that we call him first for any home repair that his company does. We got several estimates for the roof, and his estimate was very reasonable, thorough and complete so we knew what to expect from start to finish. He is very professional, addressing any problems or concerns promptly and courteously. We have come to trust him which means a lot, and therefore do not shop around for other work that we need done. Last fall he replaced our 3 skylights in the roof, and as always, showed up to do the work at the scheduled time, and did a great job. We have referred him to several of our friends and neighbors with confidence.
Description of Work: Replaced 3 skylights on our house in October 2013. Replaced our entire roof of the house in fall of 2010.
