Funeral Homes
John White, the owner/funeral director, was rude and disrespectful to me on the day of the memorial service. He was inappropriate in his verbal exchanges with me, both in mood and language, and spoke to me in a condescending tone. Mr. White resisted and argued with our requests. As a biological relative of the deceased, I expected that Mr. White would be compassionate and accommodating with reasonable requests and wishes of the family. When Mr. White acquiesced, it seemed begrudgingly so. Mr. White does not appear to have the aptitude to be in the funeral business.
