TV Service - Cable
This company is absolutely horrible. First of all, they are way over-priced because they don't allow Mediacom or any other cable company to provide service in the area. Secondly, for the past two years they have been "working" on fixing the signal to their Showtime channels. My favorite show came on Showtime and I never got to watch it because the channel would constantly go out. When the channel did come in, it was so blurry you could barely see it. I used to have a Tivo subscription and when I was having a few problems with the actual tv guide for the Tivo, the company's technical support guys didn't even know what Tivo was! I, unfortunately, also have internet through these guys too (again, the company has blocked all competitors from providing service in the area) and it's worse than the cable service!!! I was so fed up with Farmer's Mutual, I switched to Directv.
