Delagardelle Plumbing & Heating

Mr. Delagardelle is not a friendly person and can be a little rude. This would not bother me had he done good work. However, after he told us we needed a new air conditioner, that set into motion weeks of no air conditioning during the summer. Our utility company had to come out to do an energy audit before anyone would give me an estimate. Once we decided on a model we were told it would be three weeks before one could be installed. We had not chosen Mr. Delagardelle at this point, but there is more to come about his work. After two weeks with no air we were talking to a friend who said he knew an independent heating and cooling repairmen who could put one in sooner than the end of the month. This is the shocking part. When he got here he said my air conditioner didn't have a leak! In fact there was way too much freon in the air conditioner! He cleaned the air conditioner and found a little inexpensive part that turns the fan off and on that had melted. Once this was replaced our air conditioner worked great! It only took him an hour to identify the problem and fix it. So thanks to Delagardelle heating and pluming I spent two weeks without air and had it not been for Wilson plumbing and heating I would have spent $3000 dollars on a new air conditioner. Either Mr Delagardelle is incompetent or he was purposely misleading.
