Carpets looked decent when wet and for the first hour after the employee left, but then all the carpet stains reappeared once the carpet was dry.

"I have not cleaned for (member name removed). I do not work in the Mason City area - I do not own those franchise rights. I hope that before Ms. (member name removed) posted this review that she talked to her carpet cleaning technician and gave him the opportunity to make the situation right. As a franchise, Heaven's Best is consistently ranked in the top 50 of most national owner and customer satisfaction surveys."
