Everything was done well. He determined what was wrong, ordered the part, and had it to me and installed within two days. Since the heater was under warranty, I didn't pay anything and he took care of all the warranty work.
He is always easy to get ahold of and provides immediate response.

He is amazing! It was really reasonable. I called him in the morning and I had it fixed in the night. He is a meticulous worker, he is honest to the bone, he is prompt. I'm just so impressed with his work, it's great.

The appointment was scheduled quickly and easily. The work was done well, no problems at all. Everything was cleaned up and the new fixtures work perfectly. I was very pleased with how smoothly it went, very professional, and I would definitely call Troy again for other jobs.

Troy has done a couple of jobs for us. Most recently are water heater went out. He thought it might have been a sensor issue - tweaked and reset it hoping it would hold. Unfortunately, the pilot light went out again indicating a major problem that same day, so we opted to buy a new water heater rather than fix the valve ($250 and 3-5 days for part). He was back the next day, installed a new water heater and removed the old one. Troy is very reliable, conscientious and trust-worthy.

Troy was very punctual with all interactions. He was pleasant on the phone and able to help with unseen costs / issues. His work appeared to be very good and we have had no issues with the inspection or with other contractors after the bathroom was done. Troy did some cement work in our basement bathroom installation, and also installed the vanity, shower and toilet fixtures themselves, including building a wall as needed for the shower. It looks great and I would absolutely recommend Troy again! The only down-side is that he requires you to buy the plumbing equipment from plumbing supply in Iowa City. They do carry high end equipment, however their markup is approximately 20% more than you can buy yourself from amazon etc. I do feel this is offset by the fact the warranty is fully covered as all parts and workmanship are through Troy. Highly recommended, very professional.

I contacted him on Sunday, and he came on Monday with the new water heater. He installed it quickly and removed the old heater, taking care of all the warranty work for me.

Troy is friendly and punctual, he takes care of issues quickly and seems very knowledgeable. His prices are reasonable. I'm sure we'll use him again in the future.
