Tracy gave me her painter's name and the lady was terrific. Tracy's handyman was wonderful and took care of all the fixes that were needed. The flooring guy she recommended was also great, as was the carpet cleaner she suggested. Everyone was professional, personable, and truly helpful. As I mentioned, Tracy was there through the whole process, available by phone/email even on her vacation. I felt absolute confidence in Tracy and in her recommendations. The house was listed on MLS in the morning, there was a showing at 5:15 pm, and we had a full price offer by the end of the evening. A couple of issues came up with the details as we worked through the inspection, etc, but Tracy talked me through them and we got resolutions. Best of all, for me, was that she understood my concern about my two cats and the fear that they might inadvertently get outside during comings & goings. I would recommend Tracy in a heartbeat! :)

Our Loan Officer gave us the names of three Realtors to contact; Tracy called right back. The other two Realtors never contacted us. You know how sometimes the one who contacts you is the right one? Tracy was the right one. She asked us all the right questions to make our home-buying experience easy. When we first met her, she had a packet of possible houses for us to look at. Once we narrowed down the type of house and location, Tracy arranged for us to see each house within days. We choose the house we wanted and she went to work! I've never seen a Realtor with this much experience. She knew what to look for during our initial walk-through of the house (and she saw things we never would have even thought of), she knew how to advocate for us, and she made the closing process a breeze. I've bought other houses and it's never been this easy. We feel like Tracy is now a member of our family. What a great experience!
