They did a great job. I couldn’t even tell that they were here. It was excellent. What stood out to them that keep me coming back to them is their efficiency and never concerned after they walk out, the job is done completely and that’s the reason why I call them when I need them.

They did excellent work, cleaned up well, were punctual and very nice, and gave us an estimate and time to make a decision. We were very happy with the experience.

The work went well. Scheduled and completed in two weeks. No more leaks during any rain event. They were in and out in a few hours, cleaned up after themselves, and left both physical note and called to let me know when work was completed.

The work went very well. They were in and out in 4 hours job done. The only issue we had was there truck had an oil leak, minor considering how quickly they got the work scheduled and completed within 2 weeks.

They did an excellent job and the work is guaranteed for life of the house. We just had a 5-inch rain here about two weeks ago and I noticed a slight drip in one of the cracks. I called them back up and they came right over and added a new injection to solve it. They said if you have any other leaks, you call us and we will be right over.

Everything went fine. Quality work, cleaned up nicely, and even returned my hidden house key, which I had left in one of the removed downspouts. Forgot all about it. All in all, a super job.

The two street sidewalk squars are uneven and tripping hazared. The holes that were drilled and later filled with a very very light grayconcrete(looks terrible) and cracking. I have called tomlinson office and they have not responded.BEWARE--BIG DOES NOT MEAN BETTER. Never again.

Great job. Took a few weeks for them to get to this job (in part due to lots of rain in June). However, once they were able to get to the job it was very well done and reasonably priced, In fact, TCC was less expensive than a competitor who wanted to run new unsightly drainpipes above ground rather than connect to existing underground drainpipes. Would highly recommend Tomlinson Cannon Cole again for this service.

Small job so it took a while to get on their schedule. Once that happened, everything went smoothly. Lots of DIY kits for $100-$200 available but the expertise of the installer and using metal, high pressure (grease gun) fittings insures long-term success in my view. Worth the extra cost over DIY. BTW - Tried to do this review from Angie's list's e-mail I received but got system error so do your reviews from the web site.

They did a good job, their prices were reasonable, and they explained what they were doing in a manner in which I could understand.

The two installers arrived promptly and even a little earlier than the scheduled appointment. Holes were drilled close to the cracks and a substance was injected up into the cracks up to the height of the soil level on the outside of the house. This substance goes all the way through the cracks. When water hits it the substance it is supposed to expand like a foam to prevent further water from coming in. The installers worked efficiently and answered all the questions I had as they were working.
This company offered a lifetime guarantee on their work. As this company has been in business for a long time we felt comfortable with the fact they should remain in business should a call-back be necessary. Since the work was done we have not had any large amounts of rain to tell if the cracks are completely sealed or not. But thankfully there is no more wet areas at the base of where the leaks were so hopefully we can get new carpet padding to replace what we had to pull up and have that remain dry.

Update Spring 2014 -- happy to report basement remains dry with the rains we have had this spring!

They were installed incorrectly. I called the office to complain with no response. There has been leaks and issues because of the poor work.

I contacted Tomlinson Cannon Cole for an evaluation and an estimate. They said anchors would pull the two block stair well walls in place. They showed up on the agreed date and time and placed 3 anchors in the two walls. They explained what they did and what I could expect and were professional in their work. The block walls were pulled back in place.

They came and checked out the big crack, gave us an estimate. They showed up when they said they would, repaired the crack, and were gone. Best of all, they truly fixed the problem.

The initial work was done promptly. There was a residual leak in the problem area that took several phone calls to have resolved. I am a out of town landlord, and felt the resolution took too long. It was eventually resolved
