Mark is always responsive to our handyman requests for our rentals and he gets to them just as soon as possible.  He is quite busy so sometimes the work has to be scheduled two or three weeks in advance, but he tries to fit you in if it is an emergency or there is a deadline.  We have used him multiple times and usually we are very pleased with his work.  Occasionally, if he is trying to hurry, painting and drywall work can be a bit sloppy, but that is my only minor negative comment.

Mark got right back to me via phone after I left him a message, he was courteous and professional. He let us know that he was scheduling a few weeks out and that he would put us on the schedule and give us a call. With in about two weeks he called to schedule the work.
He showed up on time and went right to work, completing both jobs quickly and efficiently. He looked at dry walling the basement bath and replacing the fixtures, lighting, mirror and flooring, he was back to me that evening with an estimated bid.
We are extremely pleased with him and his work and look forward to working with him again.

Planning more projects in future very satisfied with mark's work

I was very impressed. Showed up on time, took very little time to do the project. I am used to contractors charging for a whole hour, even if it didn't take an hour. Mark only charged for the amount of time it took to do the job, which was about 15 min- a very nice surprise!!

We have used this provider frequently. he is courteous and professional. He responds rapidly. Mostly we have him do small jobs like replace locks, fix doors, clean out gutters. n these jobs he has been excellent and surprisingly inexpensive. On large jobs requiring construction work, quality suffers.

I saw an ad for The Good Handyman in the New Pioneer Co-op magazine and emailed Mark. He responded the same day, indicating that gutter cleaning was one of the services he provides and the fee he charges. We set up the appointment via email. We were at work when he did the job, but came home to empty gutters (they were overflowing prior to his coming!) and no limbs on the roof. He took the debris with him. Mark left me a very polite, professional voicemail to let me know that the work was completed and thanked me for the opportunity. He indicated that he'd left the invoice in my mailbox, along with a detailed list of other services he provides. I will definitely call him again.
