We called them.after the basement flooded due a bad sump. We were told it would be three days before they would be there to drop off fans. We ended up pulling and hauling the carpet ourselves as a result. When they arrived, late, they dropped off two dehumidifiers but no fans. They then advised us to cut the walls so they could investigate behind them. They offered no insight on how to accomplish this and insisted that we were responsible for doing all of the labor, including removing the baseboards. We scheduled to meet them at the house several times as we both work, but they were consistently an hour late. Eventually fans arrived and the crew chief said that we did not need to cut the walls. We were also told that they were so backlogged, that we were better off calling our own contractor. They left garbage behind and then took a check which had been written, but was not set out for them. It was laying under several papers on our counter. We had requested an invoice prior to payment. It took four days to receive an invoice. We were charged $1537 for two dehumidifiers and several fans for 6 days. They performed no work of their own other than moving their own equipment. When sending pictures to the insurance company, they sent more images of their gear than anything else. We will never use their service again and do not recommend them. We completed their satisfaction survey and were just as frank, if not more so, than in this forum and have received no response.

They were recommended by my insurance company. They came out to help with the water damage after a storm. They brought out fans to help dry out the carpet and drywall. They were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, professionally dressed and on time. I can't say enough positive things about them.
