John is the best.  He was at the shop alone and still took the time to do the job.  He had to remove the old, rusted and corroded battery.  He had the right size replacement battery in stock.  The battery bracket was so rusted that he had to have a new one delivered from a local parts store.  All on a busy Saturday morning.

I'd seen the previous reviews on Angie's List but had never used this particular auto service business.  I will definitely take our other cars there and have recommended this place to other relatives in the area.  Wonderful experience!

The work went fine. They did what I needed. They were good and very friendly. I had no complaints about them at all. It?s a good place to go for auto service. I would recommend them. If I were in town and had a problem I would go to them again.

Very well. I love Russ'. I feel like I always get an honest report, and they never suggest work that doesn't need to be done. It's always simple. They find the problem, fix it, and you leave.

My car was making noise when I stopped, and it was getting worse. I had another mechanic tell me I needed shocks before so I had all the work done at once.

I had a great experience. Russ is friendly and honest. The oil change was fast, the location is convenient. I will go back.

I approached this shop because I heard that the guy who owns it is honest. The owner recognized my name right away from community activities. Ever since that first time, he has treated me with respect and as a friend. He knows all of his customers' names. He told me that I didn't need to have something replaced, that another shop told me that I should, because he said it wouldn't be cost effective. I feel that he is terrifically honest.
