Personal, Efficient Service FREE DIAGNOSIS!!! $30 for most repairs/updates/fixes. My name is Peter and I have over 10 years of experience with computer repair. I enjoy troubleshooting and fixing computer problems and am willing to spend a lot of time on a computer to fix it right the first time. As such I don't charge an hourly rate but rather charge per job. I always give an estimate before fixing anything, diagnosis is free, and I guarantee my work.

Great. He's very available, called right away when he got the part. Very nice, good at explaining what he's doing. Offered a cheaper solution (just replacing one key) but got a whole keyboard when I asked for that. I will definitely call him again with future issues.

Computer got hung up while loading. Could not use it. Called Peter and he answered immediately. It was a Friday afternoon and he agreed to see me that day. Met him at his home and he listened to my description of the problem. Left the computer with him. He texted once for more information. Computer was fixed by the next day. Plus he did some clean up and added some useful programs. Really pleased with the work, the cost and the speed.

I am leaving to go on vacation tomorrow and I had been getting a blue screen error last night and this morning. I was ready to buy a new computer this morning but I gave this vendor a call. He was able to meet with me in an hour from when I called him to work on my computer. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour and then tuned up the computer and installed some free antivirus software to help the computer run better. He charged me only $80. I was willing to pay $250 for the work he did. He was efficient, personable, and timely. Excellent work.
