The plumber was very polite, and very professional. The cost (2.5 hours labor plus parts) was a little more than we were hoping for, but not outrageous.

Well to date still have no written estimate and a invoice for a trip charge of 80 dollars. Never informed that there would be a charge for an estimate. If they had I would not use them.
Mulford Plumbing and Heating of Iowa City came out for a estimate a month ago. They were to have me a written estimate for services they would render. So Today I get an Invoice for that estimate. At no time was I informed I would be billed for that or that I would have a trip charge or anything like that. Also to date I still have no written estimate.
Worse part never inform of any cost for estimate. I had two others give estimate on other work and no charge at all. No disclosure or nothing. Plus I know it was messed up when I called and the lady that answered the phone said they gave a verbal estimate over to the to a woman. Gee "ROBIN RUSHLO" is the only one that has dealt with you and I am a man. The she says well I did not take the call.
