I ordered on-line from Takanami through Grub Hub , paid with a credit card, made a note that Lazy Boy would be the pickup person then called Lazy Boy and asked them to pick it up. guaranteed within an hour of call. got an email confirmation from them. they were here within 45 minutes. on line response suggested a tip for the driver so if you add a dollar or two to the $6 delivery fee, it feels a little pricey, but sometimes it's worth it as it was for me that night.
