Kendalls Roofing Company

I had problems from the minute they pulled up to the house the first time. They delivered a lower quality tar paper than I had paid for. Then, one day I noticed they were putting new singles over areas where they did not take up the old shingles first. I called the boss and he came out and supposedly made it better. Then, they ruined some skylight flashing and they had to nail it down although you are not supposed to put nails through it. However, they did take off the bill to get the skylight fixed. When I noticed the mistake, I called on the 1st and asked them to come out and take a look. He said he would come take a look on the 2nd. I had to call back again and then he left a message that he would come look at the roof on the 7th. He made it to that appointment then said he would fix it on the following day but no one came. Then he said it would be the 9th and again did not show up. Then it got moved to the 12th or 13th. They did not show up to either of those days. I called again on the 14th. They said they would show up on that Thursday. He didn't show up or call. On that Friday, the same thing happened. At this point I still have not heard from them. As a side note, I think the business may be fraudulently saying they are BBB rated. The BBB has not even had an application from the company to be Accredited. They do have a "A+" BBB rating, but it is just because there are not any filed complaints. ***** The company did come out and fix the situation, but I dont feel that it was quality work. It is about as good as it is going to get.
