Our furnace conked out and John from Kelly's came and offered us all of our options. He explained all the different models for us as well as offering to fix our old furnace. We decided to replace our 15-year old furnace with an 80% efficient one. Kelly schedule installation for the next day. The crew arrived at 7:45 and the heat was pumping through out vents by the end of the day. The bill was actually slightly under what was quoted and came with a free 1-year service deal for our furnace and AC. Really liked these guys. Highly recommend.

The guys shows up on time, removed my old AC unit from the backyard and installed the new unit on the side of the house as requested. They had to run the tubing through the ceiling, garage, etc an extra 20ft but didnt charge extra. I had to hire my own electrical contractor to come and run wiring since we moved the AC. The techs did a great job, had ac by the end of the day and the new compressor is super quiet. The furnace wouldnt turn on when they finished intalling the ac, so they guys diagnosed a power converter that was bad and replaced it no charge... I was a bit surprised no extra charges for anything but the quoted price. id definitely call again, but hope i dont have to..
