I contacted ONLY Angieslist vendors to get a quote on a tree that we needed cut down and hauled away that was infringing on our business. This company was the only one that sent me back a quote in a timely manner with great communication via e-mail and cell phone. I spoke with the owner directly and didn't have to fight with any and quot;middle men.and quot; The job was done within the time-frame that we needed it to be done and was executed with due diligence and professionalism. We were *very* pleased with the services provided by Happy Tree! Ryan was incredibly great to work with - he responded promptly to all questions and provided accurate estimates. They were on-time and worked quickly and efficiently to finish the work between episodes of rain. Our yard looks amazing, it was completely transformed! Ryan was honest with what he thought would work best in our yard and meet our need - not always recommending the most expensive or fanciest materials.

I was very satisfied with the services provided and I would use them again, if needed, and would also recommend that others ask Happy Valley Services for an estimate. Also, Mr. Weir stated that he would not bill me until all work was completed and that he would bear any cost overruns (that is, I received a and quot;fixedand quot; estimate). I appreciated this.

My only complaint would be that I was told that someone would come by to give me an estimate from 5-6pm on a particular day, and no one showed up. However, there were a few follow up calls to rectify the situation. Thus, I give a and quot;Band quot; grade for responsiveness and professionalism.
