Excellent! After calling, was told that the team would arrive within 15 minutes. They did! There was rapid diagnosis of the HVAC issue. Thankfully, we were able to get temporary repair made prior to manufacturer technician being able to arrive to perform part replacement covered under warranty. They were a tremendous help to us and we could not be more satisfied. This was excellent!

They had it finished in an hour. Everything was great. They also do annual service on my furnace.

Called Davis for an annual furnace inspection. The furnace was 30+ years old. Turns out it was emitting too much CO, so the heat exchanger had to be replaced. They said it would be at least a week until it could be installed, but then were able to complete the work on the Friday before the weekend, which was great because it was starting to get cold out. They started in the morning, and were done by lunch. Nice high-efficiency furnace. Also installed flue pipe out the side of the house vs. top. Great, professional job. Works great.

This is a great family owned business. We have been undergoing a number of renovations (which is very stressful), and Carmen Davis was a fantastic to work with. She is patient and guarantees everything. I have gone to Davis for all my service needs in the past, but this was my first big service/purchase with them. I would recommend to anyone!

The tech was very friendly and the installation went as planned. He showed me how everything worked after it was installed. I would definitely use them again.

It went great. Very prompt and responsive. Best price for service call of those I called.They are a small local company I would use again. I have an old furnace. When it is time to replace it, I will call this company.

I particularly like that they are willing to look at and not just recommend that you need replace everything. They work with you with anything.

The technician explained what he was doing and what was wrong with my A/C. He thoroughly described my options re: adding freon yearly or replacing the unit. He gave me his cell number to pass along to my husband if we had any additional questions. He was very helpful and we have used them in the past for other services. Always happy with them.

I arrived home after a hard days' work to find a chilly house. My furnace was out! So, reluctantly, knowing I would have to pay a weekend service charge, I called Davis Heating. The operator was nice, the serviceman called me quickly and arrived very quickly too. Two parts needed replacing. Though he replaced both he (Todd) was honest and told me he COULD put my old one back in and I could save some money for today but would likely have trouble with that piece sometime. I chose to do both pieces. His manner was professional and explanatory, he was a friendly person and even apologized that the service was expensive. I don't know furnace costs so I didn't really think that was an issue but everyone has expenses and sometimes it IS hard. I couldn't be happier!!
