Constructively Green Cleaning Service LLC

Last year I purchased an introductory 2 hour house cleaning for half price thru Groupon ($65). I scheduled an appointment for Wed March 14 at 1 pm for the 2 hour Groupon cleaning plus additional window cleaning for an extra charge. I have an email from the owner confirming the date and time. Unfortunately, they never showed up, never called, never emailed to change the appt. I tried to call them and left 2 voice mail messages plus sent them an email that day, but I have not heard anything from them since I set up the appt. Groupon did refund my money in the form of Groupon bucks, although I would have preferred that I be refunded on my credit card. Update- I contacted Groupon again and did receive a refund my credit card.
