Oil Change - Good Transmission - Like a typical dealer, Overpriced. Work was done elsewhere for a lot less.

They neglected to give me a printout of their computer diagnostics and cleared the information off of the engine ECM.  The net result was that without the printout I wouldn't be able to get the warranty work done elsewhere unless the Check Engine Light came on again.  I'm still driving with the expectation that the check engine light will come on again but it will be too late. Very Frustrating.

The first year I bought my car it was in 16 times in Phoenix. The first time I took it to Carousel Motors after moving here, they took care of all of my issues within 2 visits. Even the dealership here told me it was because it was not being serviced correctly at the last dealership. When you buy a $40,000 car and the seatbelts don't work and windows don't open, and it locks it makes you a little mad. They have been very quick in fixing things and they are very thorough in what they are doing. They explain to me what they are doing.

These services were part of the routine 2-year maintenance procedures.
We bought this Audi A4 at Carousel Motors more than 10 years ago, and it now has 155,000 miles on the odometer. Carousel Motors has done ALL of the maintenance services and repairs. They have the tools and expertise to detect and anticipate problems before they become issues, and we feel confident that we can travel in this Audi without worries. It is great to have a local dealer that maintains a stock of repair parts - and that has award-winning service technicians to do the work.
We are planning to replace this Audi A4 with another A4 - and we will probably buy it at Carousel Motors - and have them do the service on that one as well.

They sold us a car that needed a new transmission. The car never should have been on the lot with these repairs needed. They totally scammed us. Come to find out, we have friends who had the same thing happen to them after buying a car from carousel, offering to pay half of the repairs. This is how they do their used car business? I will never send anyone to Carousel Motors.

It was under warranty so there was no charge. They were good. They were efficient and courteous.
