She is fabulous and did a wonderful job.  She is very enthusiastic but very knowledgeable.  She has many years of experience selling homes.  When she came in to do the initial walk around and when we discussed hiring her, she pointed out things that needed to be done.  Her assistant came too and they did a really thorough job measuring the rooms and giving me advice on what I should do to make the home more presentable at the time it was listed.  She also gave me somebody to help me organize the office room and since she works for Lyn, I was not charged for her services.  Lyn has also a storage area that you can use.    

She priced the house well when there was a client. She was very proactive about getting the list of the remedies and the requirements for the home inspection.  She even paid for the electrician who changed some switches.  When she charged her commission, I was expecting the industry average which is 6% and she charged 5%.  So she has a lower fee.  She is just great and I was so impressed with her.  I like her professionalism.  She is wonderful.  

I will definitely recommend her and I would definitely use her again.
