When I couldn't get service from my local Hyundai dealership within a reasonable time frame, I took my car twenty miles down the road to Iowa city. After making a phone call in the morning, they got me in that afternoon for service and took care of everything that same day. They provided me with a shuttle to the downtown area so I can do a little shopping while my car was being repaired.
