I worked with Chris R Hayes the owner. Chris comes across as a sincere and genuine guy. I am not sure he has the best ethics, I learned the hard way. The clear bra was the installed and I had no issues with the installation. Although, I am not impressed with the clearshield pro product. The bra broke apart after two weeks of light sheer force. On the blind spot monitor, Chris charged extra for paint matching. The matching job was done quite poorly. The paint is grainy and does not completely cover the sensors. The blind spot monitor alert led was installed on top of the mirrors. I was led to believe it would be behind the mirrors and come thru. Wires running to the alert led shows and looks poor. The blind spot monitors are not aimed correctly because they do not detect vehicles in the blind spot, but when I can see them. Additionally, the blind spot monitor wiring was not hooked up to the right and left blinkers. The alert speaker was left out of the installation. All of which means the system does not sound an audible alert when I signal a lane change and the system identifies a vehicle is in the lane. The ECU for the blind spot monitor was not secured to the vehicle so I heard it rattling in the back along with the wiring which was also not fastened to a harness. The rear view monitor was similarly poorly painted. Missing paint on some monitors. There was a backup speaker/alert installed on the rear roof. It was glued and is unremovable without wrecking the roof material. I have previously installed similar systems, but did so without exposed fixtures to keep the system looking OEM. The installation wrecked the finish of my vehicle. The wires to the speaker/alert were visibly exposed. Similar to the blind spot monitor, the wiring and the ECU unit were left loose to rattle around. I was disappointed to find body clips missing, bent and the rear bumper had hairline scratches. This was not at all what I expected from a professional installer. My recommendation is that you stay away from this business. I called & texted Chris multiple times for a refund. He has been unresponsive for a couple of weeks now, after acknowledging that he would think about it at first. I am happy to share pictures of the work and damage.
