I called Peek Sales and Service and they were at my house the SAME DAY to pick up the mower. That had not been my experience at the other repair shop I had been using. They examined my mower and suggested that I update a drive belt part that the Grasshopper mower company changed the year after my lawn mower was made. They said they would have to order parts, and gave me an estimate. They also mentioned that some work on the drive belts that had been done was performed incorrectly and they could fix that. They told me parts would in on Monday. I called them mid week and they said they did not receive them on Monday so they called the supplier. On Friday they called and said they would deliver the mower. FAST turn around, very professional, and I will be visiting them about trading in my mower at some point in the future.
