Very well, had problem with first engine replacement, they searched for a 2nd engine, replaced within reasonable time frame. Excellent service, Provided updates on a timely basis.

My car broke down on the way to work and I had it towed to Chumbleys. It blew the engine, so I declined to repair it due to the age of the vehicle. They have done a lot of work for me over the years an many differnt cars and trucks and they have always been top notch. Very professional, good communication and everything done correctly the first time. I will continue to use them in the future.

They have always taken good care of my car as I've visited them several times over the last couple of years. Great home town feel to how they do things.
Other customers have the ability to drop off their vehicle in the morning and pick it up later in the day - many retired or semi-retired. I need to have something taken care of ASAP so as to get to work in a timely fashion. My needs are put into queue just as everyone else. Sometimes the sense of urgency isn't clearly understood. They have from time to time put my needs ahead of others to get me back on the road ASAP.

I had to take my grandchild home to a neighboring town in the evening when I discovered that I had a headlight out. Chumbley's was able to quickly install the bulbs I brought in while I waited with my infant grandson. While I waited in their nice waiting area, the woman at the counter was friendly and helpful with the baby.

They were really good. I thought that they were very professional and trustworthy. I spent around $270 on that service. I thought that they were so professional for an automotive place because they usually they are not. They were very professional as far as the way the talked to me and that they called me to let me know what was wrong and just all their interactions with me. They came highly recommended to me and I was very pleased. I would absolutely use them again.
