At the initial cleaning, did not do the cleaning they were hired to do (i.e., floors and stairs were not cleaned as requested, bathtub not scrubbed). When we got home, there was a note on the table asking that we call them. We attempted to call them on multiple occasions without any response. Finally, they left a message stating that it would cost more than the initial quote to clean the house (but were not given an amount). Further attempts to contact were also unsuccessful. We finally hired an alternate service. After several weeks and having written them off, my wife gets an email saying, "Hey, we're going to be out tomorrow to clean your house," without ever having agreed on a date or a new price. After this experience, would not hire again, would not recommend.

I would definitely not recommend using this company. VERY POOR QUALITY!! I have had repeated issues with the quality of service. Examples include: leaving toilets uncleaned, floors not being cleaned or vacuumed thoroughly (hardwood, carpet, and vinyl), lack of dusting. I have tried various ways to try and provide feedback to get better results, while still remaining tactful and polite, but it has been a chronic problem. The owner of the company has offered to come out and do repeat cleanings, but doesn't seem genuinely interested in getting her team to perform to provide consistent good quality work.

For the most part, ok. The first time I used them I was more impressed. This time there were several things I have an issue with. What they did clean, they did well. This is what I am going to call the owner about:
1. All of the mirrors look like they were wiped down with a very wet cloth the first time they were here.  They all had water running down them that dried on the mirrors that way. They were exactly the same this time, which means they were not touched.
2. None of my furniture was vacuumed, even though it was checked off on the list.
3. I could not find the lid to my wastebasket. I eventually found it on a chair pushed under my table.
4. They took out my trash, but left it setting by my front door. Right where the neighborhood animals could tear into it.
5. They stated they were going to use their own cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc. but they seem to be using mine, which is fine. I just would like them to empty it and clean the hair and stuff off of the attachments, as I do when I use it.
6. The agreement was that if a door was closed when they got there, they would close it when done, the same with open doors. They have done the complete opposite of every door in my house.
7. The laundry room has not been cleaned at all, nor my hallway. Which means I am paying $80 to have 4 small rooms cleaned. Way too much, in my opinion.
8. I have Bath and Body Works Wallflowers in my electrical outlets. One was turned upside down and all of the liquid had run on the floor. I had just put it in fresh the day before, so that was a lot of liquid (and a waste of money) and a mess to clean up.
9. None of the rugs were vacuumed in my house. I know this because they were left hung over chairs, and still had the outline of items on them that are normally set on them.
10. I have a small table in my bathroom that was moved the first time so they could sweep and mop. It was not moved this time. I know because my scale is under it. I pulled my scale out and there was dust on it. So I looked under the table and there was a ton of dust and hair under it. 
11. None of my pictures were dusted. I was able to visibly wipe dust off. I don't expect them hand dusted, running a feather duster over them would suffice even. 
I'm going to place a call today about these items. Perhaps they are considered deep cleaning and are not done every week. I don't consider them deep cleaning. If these things are not services performed each cleaning, I will probably cancel the service as I feel I'm not getting my money's worth.  Like I stated, what they did clean, they did well, but the items not done do have me a bit concerned.  I'm a very careful housekeeper, so they are not coming into a messy home at all.

I am a busy working Mom of three kids and a dog- I needed help! We had a deep cleaning service and I am thrilled with the results! Even cleaned my stove and microwave. What a blessing to have all rooms clean at once! Very happy and will continue maintenance cleaning.

The Chicks team brings all of their own supplies and equipment. They worked quickly and efficiently, with 2 people upstairs and 2 downstairs. It only took a bit over an hour for them to clean the entire house. They're thorough, quick, and professional.
