Bussanmas Heating And Cooling

Disclaimer: This review isn't claiming that Bussanmas Heating and Cooling does poor work. It also isn't claiming that the work was done incorrect by Bussanmas Heating and Cooling. That being said... I purchased a new home that had the heating/cooling done by Bussanmas. The builder gave the incorrect square footage to Bussanmas which in turn caused Bussanmas to install a smaller unit that then home needed. When I contacted Bussanmas they verified with the builder that the incorrect information was given and that they would be happy to visit with me about correcting the situation. I contacted the builder to let them know of what was going on and that since the mistake was the builders fault they that should incur the cost. A week passed and I contacted Bussanmas to check when they would be out. The person I spoke with was extremely angry with me for contacting the builder. They then accused me of 'fabricating' information to the builder. Here were my exact words to my builder: "I also spoke with the heating and cooling people. They verified with "builder name" that the wrong AC unit was put in the house. They are contacting me this week to have this replaced. I will be notifying them that the bill should be sent to "builder". Just wanted to give you a heads up in case they contact you. You should be able to verify this with Bussanmas and "builder name". Not sure what information could have been fabricated other than I said that they would be replacing the unit. Bussanmas told me over the phone that the unit was too small and it needed a bigger unit. They also said the cost would be around $200 - $300. To me, that meant that the unit needed to be replaced. The Bussanmas person was very rude to me on the phone and was yelling at me. When I finally asked them to calm down and let me ask a questions they claimed that my unit was the correct size for the house. I was at a loss for words. I've never dealt with a person that was obviously trying to get out of something by pushing the blame on to me. I ended the phone conversation by saying that I didn't want to deal with Bussanmas and that I would give my business to another company.
