Boesch Construction Inc

We met with Bill Boesch early in 2012 and worked through several designs for the new garage in the backyard. This was an addition to the property, not a remodel. Bill provided references for us and we visited a site in West Des Moines that he had recently rebuilt on a foundation he had laid years ago. The construction quality was excellent, so we moved forward with this company. We received estimated from three other companies before selecting Boesch Construction. When we had ideas about how we wanted things done, Bill would listen and make his recommendation. Sometimes our way was not the best, but he was always willing to listen. The final garage is about 900 square feet. Bill served as the general contractor for all the services for the building of the garage and the approach and new driveway. The foundation was dug and Bill was on site regularly to make sure all was being done within code and that the workers were giving 100%. When it was time for the cement to be delivered and worked, Bill was out there with the team making sure that it was smooth and that it drained correctly on our property. The building itself was constructed by one person during the week we were on vacation - it was wonderful to come back to see the garage almost complete. With Bill, we had selected the siding, windows, doors, etc and all was as requested. Bill handled all the issues with the inspectors and the permits required. He was concerned about ensuring that we built the new driveway on our property line, so we hired a surveyor to confirm the property line status. We also worked with our neighbor and got written permission to make sure that the trucks and other equipment could be on his property temporarily during construction days. Bill is very thorough in the way he reviews projects and ensure that the workmanship is of high quality.
