Scott and his crew came on the coldest day of the year so far, below zero temps, wind chill ridiculously cold, to install an egress window. They had it done by 12pm and even hauled dirt to other side of house for me! the window & well look wonderful! They were all very personable and professional. I definatly reccomend this business, you wont be dissapointed! When a financial error with my lender unexpectedly came up, & left me scrambling for cash to settle remaining balance due, I explained the situation and Scott decided to pay it forward and mark account as paid up in full. Even though, I offered to make payments, etc. He was understanding and didnt hesitate to offer such a kind gesture. I really didnt expect that and you dont see contractors do something like that very often. I really cant express just how happy and thankful I am to have hired these guys! You will be too!! Thanks again Scott & crew! you guys are amazing!!

They added dirt and rock to both sides of my house so that the water drains away from the house. I had a patio in the back of the house which was no longer level. They tore it out and replaced it with dirt and pea gravel, and they added some stepping stones. They patched a retaining wall, and they reattached and secured a drain basin in my backyard. As you can tell, they do a wide variety of work; and they did an excellent job. They were very polite and did things as I requested. However, the grass started growing in the rocks they put down a few days after they finished. I called him, and he said that the rocks had probably not been washed and had grass seed on them. He told me he would come and spray them. He did not come; that is why I gave them only 3 stars. I still have to pull grass out of those rocks.

We have been having problems with our sump pump discharge ever since buying my home. My yard was always a muddy mess, and couldn't keep grass growing in that area. After talking to Basement Replacement Experts, they came and fixed the problem within a week and at a reasonable cost.

Scott Williams and his crew are true professionals which is reflected in the quality of their work and their outstanding customer service. Our project was unique yet Scott was willing to take on the challenge. It was rewarding to see how Scott's crew applied themselves. They are hard working and clearly know their trade. I would highly recommend Scott and will definitely contact him in the future when I need additional work done.

We had to have our egress replaced on very short notice due to the sale of our house. Scott was able to get out and get an estimate completed within a day or two of our email. The next day he was at our house with his team exactly when he said he would be, and in less than two hours, the egress was replaced. They were all so nice, very professional, and the price was right on with what he said it would be. We now have an excellent looking - and most importantly - a properly installed egress that is actually mounted to the foundation as it should be. They left absolutely no mess behind and even put our decorative border back. They simply did an amazing job! I would most definitely recommend them.

After trying to use Home Advisors before with no results I was hesitant to try them again . This time was very different, I was contacted that evening by e mail. I even got pictures of thr window well cover. They came two days later to give us a price and then coma two days later to install. Now this is a company that knows how to provide excellent customer service. Nice job!!!!!!

They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up afterward. I asked them to do two extra tasks while they were here, and they did so enthusiastically. It was absolutely "no hassle."
