Johnson Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Don't remember the cost, but I pleasantly surprised that it was so low.

the plumber decided that the toilet needed to be replaced. when he returned with the new toilet I was going out of the house for an hour. Small town so no problem leaving him to work alone. When I returned the work was done....that is good. But there was a permanent black mark on the lower part of the bowl. it is not that noticeable. But he should have acknowledged it was there. Also the new toilet did not fit like the old one and there is a gap between the new one and the wall. It is impossible to paint this area and it is now visible and does not match the rest of the wall. Also it now exposes part of the floor that I had retiled. Again it is near impossible to fix this without tearing out the toilet and redoing it like it should have been done at the time. Also felt that the personnel talked down to me because I am a woman. In discussing this with friends they have advised that they do not use this company any longer.

They call ahead and come when they say almost to the minute.

I have used Johnson Heating and A/C for several years for annual service on our furnace and A/C unit.  In fact they replace both for me.  They are punctual, reliable and reasonably priced.  What more can you say?

They showed up on time. They did a great job, was fantastic, and the price was fair. They were really helpful and courteous. He  was professional and didn't cuss or swear. He called me sir. He was a good plumber.

A big waste of time and money

They came out and look at our furnace because it was not running right, they came out a few hours of us calling us, the worked on it for approxmitly half hour and found the problem, they fixed it right away...They were awsome

I recommend this firm with no qualifications.  Their work is professional, their workers are top-notch, and I would not think of using another firm.

I called for help, they answered. It doesn't get any easier or quicker or more convenient.

Technician arrived on time and did a very thorough job, he didn't have the proper size filter on the truck due to my unit using a non-standard size, but he called into the shop to verify stock and returned later to replace the filter. Tech was very polite.

Each time I call, I get a friendly greeting and attention to detail. They show up when they promise, they do the work, and make suggestions that are pertinent. When there are more than one, they work together well. They seem to care about the job they do, and whether or not we are satisfied.
