My car started making an awful noise over the weekend, and I knew I didn't want to drive it to work on Monday. So, I caught a ride to work this morning, and left my car in my driveway with the key under the mat. Upon arriving at work, I called Bagby Automotive, and they immediately agreed to pick up my car from my house and take a look at it. I got a call back from them about an hour later, with the news that my car needed only a cheap fix (a section of exhaust pipe) and that it would be done the same day. When I got home this evening, my car was back in my driveway, fixed, with the invoice on the front seat and instructions to just drop a check in the key slot next time I came by.
I've had numerous great experiences with Bagby's in only a short time in Independence. Everything from rides to and from the shop to Francis Bagby insisting that we take his home number, the police number, and a tow truck number when we had to drive a car that might potentially break down while we waited a day for a hard-to-find part.
I recommend Bagby Automotive to everyone I know, so I figured I might as well recommend them to those I don't know on here too!
