Took the car in, waited a short amount of time and car was finished and got my car back.

The seem to have fair pricing. They are professional and courteous. They sometimes offer rebates for oil changes and things. They are good about coming and sitting down with us and explaining what needs to be done when we have car trouble. They are good about answering your questions. They are upfront and honest if something needs to be done right away or can be done later. They don't make you feel like they are taking advantage of you.

They are just the nicest guys there. It is hard to find and they have got it. Overall we are extremely satisfied with their services.

A week into the repar the dealer claimed they could not get parts for that vehicle. After a 5min Google search I found a website specializing in all models and years of Bronco restoration. Here's the sad part.. the dealership actually asked me for the website so they could order parts??? A dealership asking a customer where they could order parts for a Ford vehicle! After two weeks and no call from the dealer I asked if they could just give me an idea how long and how much the repair would be and that I would need a loaner since it was obviously taking larger than they expected to fix. Another 2wks later and not a single response from the dealer I had the great forture of hitting a deer. When I took the loaner back they were kind enough to re-attach the wheel well fairing then handed me back the keys and explain that I would only be responsible for the $1000 deductible for the insurance they had on the loaner and that they ordered the wrong spring towers but had all other parts for my front end repair. I had now been without my vehicle for 4wks with no idea what the repair cost would be and $3300 in damage on loaner I never wanted. I waited patiently for yet another 2 weeks without any response from the dealer before I called them for the status of my vehicle repair. Again they had no answers because the service manager had been on vacation. This being week 6 since I brought the vehicle in I finally gave up. Returned the loaner, exchanged insurance info for the loaner damage, and picked up my Bronco. The next day I ordered the spring tower brackets which arrived within 3days. Took them to a recommended local repair shop and had the vehicle fixed and back on the road in less than a week.
