tom did show up the first two weeks of the project then after i paid them they did not return to the project until i called them two weeks later then they showed up for about an hour and didnt return for another week until i called them and told them they had to complete the job, they then returned for about a half an hour. i saw light thru the soffits and it was not installed to code, placed call to tom who never returned call so had to hire another contractor to finish the job only to find out they didnt use h-clips only nails on the trusses. so needless to say i fired tom and am now paying another contractor to fix their job.
